The AGS3 is designed to help footage industry leaders enhance their understanding of the essential mechanics of the stock footage industry and support their strategic planning process. Based on a survey conducted online in late 2014 and completed by 90 stock footage companies, as well as comparative data from both previous ACSIL Global Surveys, the 164-page report is our most in-depth work to date, examining current business conditions, key trends and best practices within today’s footage industry, as well as long-term trends and changes in the footage business since 2007, when the original ACSIL Global Survey was published. Industry participation in the AGS3 was strong, with many leading footage companies represented among the 90 participants.
